Project management was not a field I entered with years of formal training or a
predefined set of skills. I started from a position of complete inexperience and built Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid
my expertise progressively through hands-on work, real-world challenges, and Project Management
increasing levels of responsibility. Almost six years later, that experience has evolved
into leading a Project Management department — while the ability to learn quickly Jira, Confluence, Trello

I genuinely enjoy being given a clear objective and determining the most effective Optimization
