B2B2C Property Management Platform (HOA/OSBB) | Web + Mobile
Product for housing associations to manage buildings - residents, meetings, payments, requests, and
operations. 600+ housing associations (HOAs) onboarded.
Joined at an early stage and helped define product scope, core workflows, and UX direction across web
and mobile.
Conducted 12+ user interviews with association heads and residents to map real operational workflows
and pain points.
Designed the hybrid HOA meeting flow with Diia.Signature integration, enabling legally valid online
voting: replacing paper-based in-person meetings.
Synthesized research into product requirements and feature concepts, and validated core flows through
interactive prototypes and usability testing.
Contributed to the product roadmap and supported launch with validated designs and
discovery outputs.

Product Designer - Soft Generation
B2C FinTech Payment Platform (unified billing) | Web + Mobile
Unified billing platform aggregating utility, tax, and other local providers in one product -
200,000+ regular users.
Redesigned the core payment flow so users pay all bills in a single transaction instead of paying each
provider separately: cutting a multi-step, repetitive process down to one checkout.
Designed the Taxes & Fees payment module end-to-end: from research to production-ready
screens and integrated it into the existing product structure.
Redesigned checkout, transactions, and payment cart; usability testing showed users
completed the core payment task noticeably faster and with fewer errors on critical steps.
Built and maintained a design system of reusable components, ensuring consistency across
web and mobile and speeding up handoff with engineers.
Mentored a junior designer on UX decisions, design-system usage, and Figma workflows.

FinRep: Campaign finance reporting system | Web
Reporting system used by political committees to track contributions, expenditures, and debts and file
compliant reports on deadline.

Designed real-time compliance guardrails that flag rule violations during data entry and explain how
