aviation stakeholders across Europe and Ghana to oversee the
refurbishment of three Mil Mi-8 helicopters. Managed the
logistics and technical coordination of the refurbishment process,
subsequent aircraft assembly in Ghana, and flight-testing
activities, supporting the successful certification and return to
operational service of the helicopters.

Ghana Air Force, Accra (Burma Camp) —
Avionics technician
Aug 2017 - July 2018

- Responsible for the installation, inspection, testing,
troubleshooting and maintenance of avionics and electrical
systems on Mi-8 and Z-9 helicopters. Supported aircraft
ground and flight-test activities, coordinated with pilots and
engineering personnel to resolve technical issues,
maintained detailed maintenance records, and ensured
aircraft systems were serviceable and ready for operations.

Aviance Ghana Limited, Accra (Kotoka International
Airport)— Administrator for Maintenance Department
Feb 2017 - Aug 2017

- Coordinated and supported the activities of maintenance
engineers in planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and
corrective maintenance on aviation ground support equipment,
including pushback tractors, ambulifts, service trucks, and other
specialized ground-handling vehicles. Managed the availability
and procurement of maintenance spare parts, monitored
inventory levels, and ensured required components were sourced
and available to support timely maintenance activities and
minimize equipment downtime.
