Senior Product Designer with 12 years of experience, split between agencies and in-house teams. I like working
across the whole funnel: acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, monetization, always tying design decisions to
whatever metric that stage actually owns, not just usability. At Parimatch Tech, that meant cutting onboarding time to
reduce early drop-off and lift retention. I'm also a co-founder who designed a physical hardware product from concept
to production. It shipped, it sold, and the site won Site of the Day on both Awwwards and CSSDA. I've got a marketing
background too, so growth metrics are part of how I design from day one, not something bolted on later.
