I run the company's media portfolio: 11 Telegram channels in iGaming news,
SEO, recruitment and general news, which I own from concept through to
monetisation.

- Run a team of 6: media buyer, content creator, copywriter, designer,
influencer manager, chat manager. Sprint planning, task allocation,
accountable for deadlines. Hired and onboarded two of them myself.
- Manage a budget of about $20K a month across traffic buying, production
and placements. I decide how it is redistributed between channels.
- In six months we launched 11 channels and passed 25,000 subscribers,
two-three launches in parallel off the same playbook: vetting
placements, buying posts, iterating creatives. ERR 35-45%.
- Four channels became profitable. The ones that did not work I closed
quickly instead of keeping them alive with budget.
- Set up the team workflow in Asana from scratch: task templates, sprints,
reporting. Channel launch went from 7 days down to 4.
- Built one bot-manager for all 11 channels instead of a separate account
per channel, so advertiser enquiries arrive in one place.
- Weekly portfolio report is collected automatically via Google Sheets API
and a Telegram bot. Wrote it myself with Claude Code.
- Daily stand-ups with the team, weekly report to the owner.
