Owned delivery for 7 client projects across mobile, e-commerce, web, branding, and marketing — up to 3 running in parallel — coordinating a cross-functional pool of 8 designers, developers, marketers, and content producers.
• Took all 7 projects from initial requirements through to launch, holding agreed delivery dates across the portfolio.
• Built the delivery process for each project: requirements intake, task breakdown in ClickUp, prioritisation, dependency mapping, and progress tracking against milestones.
• Acted as the single point of contact for 5 clients — ran requirement clarification, status reporting, and change discussions without escalating to management.
• Managed scope changes mid-project: reprioritised backlogs and renegotiated timelines with clients when new requests arrived, protecting committed launch dates.
• Surfaced blockers and cross-team dependencies in weekly reviews, preventing idle time between design and development handoffs.
• Reviewed design and frontend deliverables against requirements before client handoff, cutting the number of revision rounds on branding and landing-page work.
• Reported project status, risks, and upcoming deadlines to clients and management on a weekly basis.
