ABOUT ME

I am a fourth-year Political Science student at Ukrainian Catholic University. My academic background is closely connected with my
experience in youth work, international cooperation, and the non-profit sector. I recently completed a semester exchange in Milan,
Italy, followed by a three-month internship at an Italian NGO, where I gained practical experience in youth projects and civil society
work.

I have three years of experience as an English tutor for children and teenagers and have been involved in educational programs,
mentoring, and non-formal learning, including supporting young people from vulnerable backgrounds. Over the past year, I have
participated in Erasmus+ projects and youth exchanges across 13 countries. These experiences changed the way I see international
cooperation and motivated me to become more deeply involved in the youth sector.

Alongside youth work, I have developed professional experience in grants and subgranting, working with applications,
documentation, grantees, and project coordination. I am also a member of JEF Ukraine, where I develop projects and organise
events for young people, and a school ambassador at my university, helping students discover opportunities and make informed
decisions about their future. I continue to connect my academic background with practical work, believing in the power of people,
international connections, and opportunities to create meaningful impact.

This project addressed a very relevant and sensitive topic: artificial intelligence and its impact on our mental health. During the
exchange, we explored how AI can be used consciously and responsibly, as a supportive tool rather than a source of dependency.
The project was full of critical thinking and reflection on our digital habits, helping me better understand how to maintain balance
between technology and real life.

This training course was intense and deeply emotional for me. We learned how to tell stories in a way that truly reaches people, not
just to be heard, but to be felt. It was important for me to once again speak about Ukraine, to show that we are open to dialogue
and cooperation. And during the final presentations, when people were crying and supporting us, I realized that we really managed
