Designed a SaaS product end-to-end — from a working MVP to a documented design system — turning lesson
attendance directly into real-time earnings, replacing a spreadsheet-plus-calendar workflow.

Designed 7 core screens (dashboard, groups, attendance, history, salary, calendar, settings) guided by 4 defined
design principles, e.g. live-recalculating dependent numbers.

Built a documented design system with semantic color roles, an in-context type scale, and full dark/light theme

support designed in parallel from day one.
Volunteer Coordination Platform — Mobile App

Led a 3-person design team — distributing tasks and personally designing key flows — for a volunteer-
coordination platform addressing an unstructured, low-visibility content-creation process.

Designed onboarding, task discovery, task application, and progress-tracking flows, plus a gamified reward
system (XP, achievement levels, real-world rewards).

Result: clearer volunteer workflows, higher motivation, and more structured collaboration for the foundation.
Hotel Booking Website — UX/UI Redesign

Self-initiated a full redesign of an existing hotel website after identifying it was non-responsive, confusingly
navigated, and misaligned with the hotel's brand.

Defined target audience and user needs (travelers, business guests, families) to guide a new information
architecture and a booking flow built directly into the interface.

Built a documented design system with a responsive grid (desktop/tablet/mobile) and full component states for

buttons and form inputs (default, hover, active, disabled, error).
