**Project:** MEDC-NGDM – Aerial Data Platform, a cloud-based healthcare data platform designed to unify data sources and enable near real-time analytics. The solution supported migration from batch to streaming data processing, scalable analytics, and faster reporting.

**Technologies:** Google Cloud Platform, Apache Kafka, Dataflow, BigQuery, Redis, Snowflake, Kubernetes (GKE), FHIR/HL7 APIs, Sisense, SQL, SAP BusinessObjects BI.

**Key Responsibilities & Achievements:**

* Developed and standardized Sisense report delivery processes supporting adoption of a new BI platform.
* Designed and implemented reporting functionality aligned with business requirements.
* Created and maintained scalable Sisense reports.
* Investigated and resolved reporting and data quality issues.
* Supported a platform handling 100M+ migrated legacy records and ~20 real-time ingestion pipelines.
* Contributed to reducing data refresh latency from overnight to under 5 minutes and report execution time from ~30 seconds to under 5 seconds.

**Project:** Master Data Management (MDM) solution focused on improving data quality, governance, integrations, and operational efficiency. Worked on optimizing data workflows, maintaining consistency across systems, and supporting data-driven business processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Led a team of up to 20 EPAM engineers, coordinating tasks and ensuring project objectives were met.
* Participated in candidate interviews and supported recruitment for project streams.
* Mentored newcomers and supported onboarding and professional development.
* Independently designed and implemented functionality with minimal supervision.
* Diagnosed and resolved production incidents in collaboration with the client.
* Developed and maintained MDM objects including Entities, Classifications, Business Rules, Business Libraries, Blue Folders, Attributes, and Lists of Values.
* Identified and resolved discrepancies between environments and development streams.
* Delivered enhancements and ongoing support for the Stibo STEP MDM platform.
* Developed JavaScript-based business rules for functional improvements.
* Performed manual unit testing and prepared technical/project documentation.
* Investigated and fixed enterprise portal defects to improve reliability and performance.
