About
AI Agent & Automation Engineer who builds AI agent systems that do real work inside real
businesses. I design role-based agent teams, orchestrate them with LLM planning and
human approval, and measure how well they perform. My agents run on live production
systems of a US company.

Automation is the foundation under that work. I built the systems the agents operate on
myself: CRM, accounting and payment integrations over APIs and webhooks, data
pipelines on Google Cloud, document and e-signature flows, bots and reporting. I work
directly with owners and department heads and focus on reliable, safe and measurable
results.

Experience
AI & Automation Engineer — Young Fashion Show

US-based event production company · Remote · Aug 2025 – Present

Designed and run a team of 7 role-based AI agents (finance, marketing, integrations,
platform, reports, security, client operations) that work on the company’s production
systems under approval gates and a written decision policy.
Built the orchestration platform for these agents (Python, FastAPI, Claude Agent SDK,
React): LLM task planning, parallel execution, agent-to-agent delegation, human-in-
the-loop approvals, automatic evaluation and a self-improvement loop.
Built LLM features into operations: a daily AI management report with structured
outputs, validation and fallback; LLM routing and triage of requests.
Built the internal operations and finance platform (Python, FastAPI, React/TypeScript,
BigQuery, Firestore, Google Cloud) used by owners, sales, finance and marketing.
Integrated 12+ systems over REST APIs and webhooks: Bitrix24, QuickBooks Online,
Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Gmail, Google Workspace, Telegram, Meta Ads, DocuSeal.

Data & Automation Engineer (contract) — Wow Now Cleaning
US-based cleaning company, Florida · Remote · 2026

Built Bitrix24 and QuickBooks Online → BigQuery pipelines with incremental sync and
data-quality controls (Python, Cloud Functions, Terraform, GitHub Actions).
Replaced manual scheduling with automatic CRM → Google Calendar sync: a personal
calendar per cleaner, updated on every booking change.
Rebuilt the operations dashboard in Next.js + TypeScript and added dispatch tools:
cleaner matching, drive-time search and route cost on Google Maps and OSRM.
Built a multi-tenant KPI app with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security and Firebase Auth.

Automation Engineer (contract) — Your Dispatch 24
US trucking dispatch company · Remote · 2026 – Present

Set up and continue to improve invoice automation for carrier clients: invoice data is
turned into PDF invoices with a separate verification step that prevents duplicate
numbers and errors.
Automated payroll for dispatchers: pay is calculated from carrier gross pulled directly
from Google Sheets (FastAPI app), reproduces historical payouts to the cent and
removes manual re-typing.

Managed high-volume user communication on Telegram and community platforms.
Built an engagement and response-tracking system that supported a $1.1M presale.
