PROFILE
Master’s graduate in Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics (Dnipro University of
Technology). Over 2 years of customer-facing experience, including Customer Care at Monobank: I quickly get to the core of a
request, explain complex things clearly and see issues through to resolution.
I don’t yet have work experience in my field — which is exactly why I’m looking for a first role where I can put my engineering
education into practice. Eager to learn, open to in-house training or an internship, and ready to take ownership of results. A
creative person with a technical mindset: passionate about AI technologies and quick to master new tools. Looking for
remote work.
