I was responsible for recruiting candidates for sales roles (BDM/SDR/BDR/SE, etc.) in the
European and Ukrainian markets, specialising in candidates with experience of working
with solutions in the fields of cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, as well
as CAD and graphics. In addition, I was involved in recruiting staff for other departments
(accounting, logistics, etc.).
I specialised in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, utilising advanced
search filters, Boolean search, and X-ray search.
I created and posted job vacancies on DOU, Robota.ua, Work.ua, Djinni and LinkedIn.
I analysed candidate requirements, reviewed CVs, carried out initial screening and
assessed candidates’ soft and technical skills in line with the role’s requirements.
I conducted initial interviews with candidates.
I coordinated interviews with technical managers, department heads and SEO
specialists. I collected and summarised feedback and promptly kept candidates
informed of the process's progress.
Communicated with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provided
support to candidates during the interview stages
Extended job offers to candidates and supported them throughout this process,
coordinating their subsequent meetings with the company’s CEO and department
heads.
Managed candidate databases, tracked the status of vacancies, and analysed
