Large-scale corporate IT environment, 2,000+ employees; 40+ Linux/Windows
servers across on-premises, Hetzner and GCP, with Google Workspace,
virtualization, monitoring, networking and business-critical services.
Managed and maintained 40+ Linux and Windows servers across on-premises

infrastructure, Hetzner, Google Cloud Platform, and virtualized environments
using Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V and QEMU; supported business-critical
services with a focus on availability, security, monitoring and operational
continuity.
Designed and automated redundant backup infrastructure using Hetzner

Storage Box and Wasabi. The solution was successfully used during multiple disk
failures, enabling complete server environments to be restored in approximately 1
hour and significantly reducing downtime and data-loss risk. Maintained
Proxmox VE / PBS and implemented retention policies that reduced backup
storage usage from approximately 5 TB to 1 TB.
Developed and deployed a custom macOS screenshot application with FTP

integration for company-wide use, providing automatic uploads, connection
diagnostics, upload history and file management. The internal solution replaced
the need for a commercial enterprise product with a potential licensing cost of
approximately $40K/year.
Served as a Google Workspace Super Administrator, managing users,

organizational units, groups, email routing, corporate domains, DNS integrations,
security policies and access controls. Configured new domains from scratch,
implemented mandatory 2FA enrollment, integrated services through Cloudflare,
and configured SMS gateway workflows for centralized message delivery.
Administered Google Cloud Platform, including virtual server deployment, IAM

and security configuration. Deployed and configured GAM (Google Apps
Manager) using dedicated administrative/service accounts, required APIs, OAuth
scopes and Domain-Wide Delegation. Also worked with AWS EC2 for basic server
provisioning and configuration.
Automated employee onboarding, offboarding and workstation provisioning

using PowerShell/Bash-based workflows. Automated account preparation,
credential generation, Google Workspace configuration, KeePass/MacPass
preparation, RustDesk deployment, Chrome configuration, mailbox/Drive
migration and other recurring administrative tasks, reducing manual effort and
standardizing employee lifecycle processes.
Deployed and maintained self-hosted RustDesk, Zabbix monitoring and GLPI

asset inventory, providing controlled remote administration, centralized logging,
infrastructure monitoring and standardized device inventory. Configured
monitoring thresholds and participated in regular infrastructure reviews to
identify and resolve issues proactively.

Administered corporate network infrastructure using MikroTik and Ruckus,

working with DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi and firewall configuration. Resolved
complex infrastructure incidents, including an RDP performance issue affecting
45+ concurrent users on a business-critical accounting server by identifying
graphics/codec and transport configuration problems and restoring stable
