Marketing copywriter moving into PR, turning complicated tech into stories worth reading. Since 2022 I've done it in English for
Softwarium: long-form articles, service pages, directory profiles and LinkedIn posts. I've interviewed C-level management in
Ukrainian, carried their words into English, and reported from international tech events. My certified English level – IELTS
Academic 8.5 (C2). PR is where I'm heading: I've started LABA's course in strategic PR and communications and want to get
tech and B2B stories into international media.

EXPERIENCE

Marketing Copywriter · Softwarium Jan 2022 – Present
– Interviewed the CEO, CTO, HR Director and technical specialists in Ukrainian, then translated and adapted each
interview into English for the company website and LinkedIn.
– Wrote long-form articles on software engineering for B2B readers in healthcare, aviation, oil & gas, EdTech,
PropTech, LegalTech and cybersecurity, following briefs that require sourced statistics and fixed terminology.
– Posted on the company LinkedIn page: campaigns, carousels and reports from international tech events.
– Audited around 130 B2B directories and listing platforms for relevance. Wrote the company’s profiles on Clutch,
GoodFirms, Crunchbase and DOU to better reflect the company's current standing and appeal.
– Wrote service and landing pages and handled on-page SEO.
– Developed a new visual style for published content, boosting interest in the company's services and activity.
Office Manager · Softwarium 2021
– Hosted visiting American tech executives and clients in English: briefed them on the agenda, answered their
questions about the company and Ukrainian cultural and historical context.
– Organized team events and managed the office. Promoted to copywriter based on my English fluency and
communication skills.

– Taught high-school students one-to-one and in groups for the national university entrance exam.

Brand Communications · wuulo, handmade knitwear brand 2026 – Present
Passion project with a newly launched brand and its international founder. We’re building wuulo’s presence in Ukraine as a
local brand while also growing international orders.
– Establishing the brand’s Ukrainian voice. Currently developing a marketing strategy, positioning and social media
standing.
– Coordinated a brand photoshoot, including communication with the owner and models, the budget and other
arrangements.
Independent Volunteer 2022
– Communicated directly with German entrepreneurs who were helping Ukraine, discussing humanitarian aid and
military shipments, as well as arranging trips.
