Business analyst with 2+ years in product teams. Worked on a group of CRM and workflow products for a non-profit
organisation of around 500,000 members, where the job was mostly about replacing paper-based routines with
software. Comfortable starting from a blank page: stakeholder interviews, BPMN process models, user stories with
clear acceptance criteria and prototypes worked out with designers. Before moving into IT, spent four years as a
commissioning engineer on nuclear industry projects.

• Responsible for requirements across a group of CRM products built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 with custom
.NET modules. Wrote user stories and ran groomings, estimation sessions and demos for a distributed team of
nine. Once the legacy system was retired, request handling became 35% faster.
• Handled requirements for the online audit product, which started with nothing but a mind map of the main flow.
Interviewed stakeholders, modelled the process in BPMN and built prototypes with the designer. Annual
expense reporting for around 1,000 regional branches moved off paper into an app with status tracking and
change requests handled inside it.
• Described requirements for online voting that replaced show-of-hands elections in the same branch network.
Ballots became anonymous and head office confirmed new appointments sooner.
• Specified a donations CRM covering fund allocation, events for donor segments and electronic expense reports.
Also worked with the design team on a tablet version for field recruiters, so a new member could be registered
in one short form instead of a paper notebook.
• Brought project documentation in line with ISO 9001 and put together the glossary, contact matrix, competency
matrix, help desk articles and user guides.
Trainee Business Analyst / RPA Specialist | Goodwill Tech, Ukraine | Jul 2022 – Oct 2022
• Ran process diagnostics for automation candidates: interviews with process owners, data collection and
analysis, and telling stated requests apart from real needs.
• Mapped as-is processes in BPMN together with alternative flows and exceptions, then defined what was worth
automating.
• Described an automated weekly payroll calculation per driver for a taxi fleet, which replaced manual
spreadsheet work.
Commissioning Engineer | UTEM Engineering Ltd, Ukraine | Apr 2018 – Jul 2022
• Wrote and revised factory, individual, integrated and system test programmes, including runs with simulators
and with live radioactive samples, for equipment used at nuclear power plants and at the Chornobyl spent fuel
storage facility.
• Commissioned 26 remote handling manipulators that had spent 20 years in storage: restored the missing
documentation, sourced replacement parts and protective covers past their shelf life, and supervised installation
contractors on site.
• Worked with foreign vendors, travelled to their manufacturing plants and reported measurement results that fed
into equipment procurement decisions.
