Ukrainian Decolonization — NGO website for Shadows Projects · Course project with a

Ran the client briefing and analysed Instagram data (102K accounts reached, 52% of
the audience abroad) to define the audience and launch the site in English only.
Designed the structure, wireframes, desktop and mobile UI and a clickable prototype;
iterated on client feedback, and the client praised the typography and opening visual.
Ran an unmoderated usability test in Maze with 4 participants: 12/12 tasks completed
with 0 misclicks; everyone found the guide on the first click (avg. 10 s).

Mapped 3 user flows with error states and designed onboarding, adoption and a 4-tap
donation flow with built-in accessibility.
Interviewed a user of a competing app: 2 of her 3 pain points were already solved in
Pawsy; turned the third into a handoff note for developers.

NOVA Sweets — B2B landing page redesign · Course project · Desktop · View case

Rebuilt my first project around what a corporate buyer needs to say “yes”: from 6 to 9
sections, with a clear value proposition, ordering process, FAQ and lead form.
Replaced a random mix of colours and fonts with a system: one accent for actions, one
serif for headlines, one sans for text.

Design every lesson from scratch: interactive Miro boards for Zoom sessions and

Promoted to lead the teaching team of a Kyiv branch while teaching 2 adult groups of
~20 students.
Ran weekly team calls and 1:1s with 10–15 teachers; reviewed recorded lessons against
the school's methodology and gave feedback.
Resolved escalated student complaints by finding the root cause of dissatisfaction;
onboarded new teachers.
