Project Manager
At Sheepfish, a development agency serving external clients around the world, I led end-to-end delivery of web
and mobile projects for customers in the EU and the US across e-commerce, fintech, SaaS and healthcare,
from discovery to launch and post-release support. I managed up to 3 concurrent projects and coordinated
cross-functional teams of around 6 developers, designers and QA engineers. I worked directly with clients on
scope and priorities and kept expectations realistic as requirements changed. I also took on Business Analyst
and Product Owner responsibilities, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria while
managing the product backlog. I set up a consistent workflow with clear statuses and regular client updates,
which gave clients better visibility into progress and made priorities easier to agree on when scope changed.
