Building an autonomous pipeline for educational animated videos for children, coordinating research and concept
selection, script and music generation, reference-guided character and scene image generation, video
generation, and multi-stage validation. Uses IC-LoRA and character/scene references to support visual
consistency; Qwen-based checks validate generated frames and video, with prompt correction and regeneration
paths for rejected outputs. Includes durable job handling and artifact integrity checks, plus audio analysis for
loudness/spectral properties and timing alignment. Prototype is under active end-to-end testing.
Focus: orchestration, validation gates, failure recovery, reference consistency, and selecting concepts suited to
the capabilities of the generation stack.
