Process Engineer Lviv, Ukraine - On-site
o Co-responsible for the factory’s Tobacco Yield performance, involved in LGA drumbeat and cross-functional
improvement projects.
o Engineered and developed an automated Power BI solution for integrated production Reject Rate analysis,
tracking impact on Cost, Direct Materials and Tobacco Waste losses. Solution promoted regionally and utilized
routinely for the LGA drumbeat and Kaizen events.
o Proactively designed and developed the factory Tobacco Yield analytical tool for the in-depth analysis of
operational performance by all related product and material factors.
o Audited technical documentation and procedures (SOP, TI, OPL) for the improvement opportunities integrating
safety and quality requirements.
o Executed production support using Current Best Approach, Knowledge Transfer and Reapplication
