- launched new services for remote ordering of tickets for special carriages for people with disabilities, for remote ordering of tickets by military personnel, for foreigners, for groups of passengers.
6. Conducted successful tender procurements for the SMS sending service through national operators.
7. Prepared technical requirements and participation in the development of a mobile application for ticket validation (verification).
