Maintain an active presence in the operating areas to ensure effective safety management by field supervision and the workforce.
Regularly visit peripheral areas to ensure that safe work practices are being followed.
Attend and participate in daily Toolbox and RTC meetings.
Act on site HSE interface between BP/AIOC and contractor personnel.
Participate in Task Risk Assessments and promote the use of TRA’s for hazardous tasks.
Attend and participate in weekly and monthly HSE meetings.
The HSE Advisor is an HSE Program Champion it is their responsibility to ensure that programs such as RTC, SOC and STOP are being effectively implemented and to coach individuals and teams where improvement is required.
Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions using the site behavioural safety program.
Where required, and in conjunction with the contractor HSE personnel, conduct on the job HSE training.
Assist in accident/incident investigation(s), by collating facts, data and information relative to these incidents.
Monitor the segregation of waste on site.
Help manage the following Site HSE Interfaces:

Professional safe work experience on BP operation site (Sangachal Oil Terminal, Oman KM EWT project, COP Baku) including Health Safety & Environmental, working 9 years got comprehensive knowledge in the Operations & Construction business as well, obtained appropriate skills for Operations & Construction, acquired good experience and knowledge in HSE fields and consulting/auditing as well.
