2012-2013started working at the first gulf Libyan bank.

worked and trained in the LC department (Letter Of Credit),where I got good knowledge in dealing with international trade for large transaction between a supplier in one country and a costumer in another.

Here I gained wide array skills in dealing face-to-face and delivering automated services tothe costumers.
Services provided by a branch include cash withdrawals and deposits from a demand account with a bank teller and financial advice through a specialist.
in an attempt to show a friendlier image to costumers about the bank, we offer a boutique or coffeehouse-like environment at the main branch, with sit-down counters, refreshments, interactive displays.
This department was more helpful in dealing with and providing services to costumers

ACP (Automated Check Processing):

Where I learned how to offer immediate debt collection through demand draft check processing through the Automated Cheque Clearing (ACP/ACH) system screen.

The primary objective of the systems is to achieve same day settlement of value. The initiative also provides an efficient payment system which reduces the time taken to clear inter-bank transactions and eliminates or significantly minimizes settlement risk associated with payments in the banking system.
