JSC “UKRGASBANK” it is statement bank from TOP-5 at Ukraine. Now JSC “UKRGASBANK” branded as “EKO Bank” thanking its ecological credit and investment programs (loans for the purchase of an electric vehicle, solar power plants, green power engineering) for private clients, small and middle business.
Main activity of my department in bank: remote sales and service channels implementation. Providing select of software systems for business and participation in its implementation projects - from defense of business needs and contract procedure to project reports.
Responsibilities (Head of innovative technologies department):
•Development of new innovative products and services in card products and alternative sale channel department.
•Increase of revenue from new services and products. Reducing in outflow of customers.
•Participate in definition of new innovative banking products.
•Influence to key innovative banking products development strategy and architecture.
•Implementation of mobile/internet banking for private customers.
•Manage projects mobile/internet banking for private customers and client-bank system for small, middle business and corporate clients.
•Participating of budgeting process. Responsible for project budget of innovative technologies department projects.
