markets, including Russia, Italy, UK), acting as the 1st point of contact for Business Partners and
other project teams. Creating a roadmap for a product to be enablers for strategical and tactical
Business actions. Building solution which can be easily adapted to Business needs with minimal IT
involvement. Leading pool of resources including in-house specialists as well as vendors.

Implemented Agile instead of Waterfall for day to day operation.

Developed highly configurable Billing system, it allows minimizing resource demand for 15%

Made an interview with a business about current processes. Converted business requirements
into system configuration or development requests for 17 markets in Europe. Helped with change
management process for end users. Did training for end user about a new system. Played lead BA
role, played defect manager role. Created Design solution documents. Inroduced solution for test
automatization (C# + Selenium Webdriver).
