•Analyze single part: “Mold flow” analyze, chose the better gate point, check warpage calculation, forecast injection defects.
•Prepare production feasibility: creation gripper system; packaging of parts; estimation: cycle time, cavities, clamping force; calculation capacity of tool; choose production injection machine.
•Make first tool trial in supplier. Define molding parameters. Optimization molding parameters.
•Process transfer from supplier to house production with finalization PPAP.
