Responsibilities:
- Compared the current data from the customer databases (1C, MS Excel) with the data from the last year (sales statistics, number of new customers, time frames), created an analytic grid, used the results for a presentation
- Conducted competitive environment analysis of Russian and foreign bakery products and analysis of the competitors' companies: analysed cost benefits of the equipment, risks, prices (before and during the economic crisis), purchasing power of customers
Results: management changed the strategy of the company and began to focus on small and medium café-bakeries, which was successful
- Carried out quantitative and qualitative analysis in customers databases to determine why clients' preferences changed, used the results for a presentation
- Calculated CF, FCFF, DCF, and multipliers comparing the company to the competitors
- Prepared presentations in MS PowerPoint including a presentation for clients on our new equipment (croissant production line, puff pastry cones line, dough depositing machine), presentation for the top management on the customer base analysis, monthly presentations on equipment sales
Results: after presentation on new equipment the company sold 7 items and landed clients in new regions of Russia (Saratov, Nizhny Novgorod)
- Took part in developing a business plan for opening a new branch in Saint Petersburg: calculated full costs of the establishment and the equipment needed, estimated the profit for the first 3 months, suggested a strategy to attract more customers
