1) audio & video translation/transcribing - complex work with any video material:
- transferring audio/video speech into text format presented in Word/Excel;
- translating the transferred text to other languages + adding timecodes (original text with timecodes per each sentence/paragraph + translated version of the text to other language(s) + amount of symbols per sentence/paragraph for both original & translated versions);

2) announcer services, dubbing/voiceover (male, female; kids);
3) preparing subtitles: adding original text + additional editing (size, color, type etc); translating + adding new subtitles in other language(s);

- Working with inbound/outbound calls, maintaining all the customers' orders upon receiving home health aide, looking for home attendants in accordance with the customers' requirements and demands;

- Saving all the customers' requests in CRM, doing daily follow-up with existing and new customers, entering the customers' information in several databases [based on the type of the request and/or type of the home health service required];

- Maintaining order with all the forms for every client [mostly, Department of Health forms], cooperating with up to 10 insurance companies, helping the customer choose the best insurance and leading the customers through the whole procedure of their registration within this or that insurance company. Initiating conference calls: helping the customers cooperate with the Department of Health, Medicaid/Medicare, insurance companies;

- Additional duty: preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Collecting the following information: the number of inbound calls received + sorting all the calls within every advertising source we got each new customer from [TV, newspapers, internet ads, flyers etc].
Checking the amount of "hot" and "warm" clients, and entering this information in the database for further follow-up.
Calculating the number of customers who refused our agency services: confirming the reason for the refusal, using special techniques and skills to save the customer instead of filing the refusal, working with irritated or dissatisfied customers, resolving issues, and searching for the best solutions in problematic cases.

- Filing the orders and requests from new customers, registration and processing the payments over the phone, opening online accounts in CRM systems, renewing the customers' information on their personalised accounts in the CRM, preparing daily reports based on the notes on the customers' accounts in CRM;

- Basic technical support, opening special technical tickets in Atlassian [JIRA system] for further transferring them to our Technical Department for advanced technical support, doing follow-ups [outbound calls] for further assistance to let customers know their issue was resolved;

- Processing specialised course documents, such as notarized affidavits of customers' identity, entering the course completion information into the online governmental databases to process completion certificates for further uploading them onto the customers' accounts in CRM.
