Basically my job was to supervise and coordinate an international move of personal belongings.
In short I was expected to make it happen & do it fast.
In reality I was paid for solving problems:)

- Communicate with or client or forwarder regarding CCL docs preparation & collection, packing/delivery scheduling, constant status updates.

- Coordinate packing/delivery,
loading/unloading scheduling with warehouse manager.

- Coordinate CCL scheduling and validate docs set with customs broker.

- Coordinate docs delivery/pickup with courier.

- Validate/process required docs.

- Request freight rates and book the best match.

- Monitor the transportation process, request status updates & make sure that terms are met.

- Do the invoicing.
- Do monthly reports.

Achievements:
