Challenge 1 - start a project from scratch in the telecommunication domain including IPRN (international premium rate numbers). It was an international B2B project with the next items in scope: a web-portal, marketing and project documentation, support team, KPI development, and budget, software development.

- assembled a team (we started from 5 people: a PM assistant, a Senior PHP developer, and 3 freelance workers - a designer, a copywriter, and a marketer)

Challenge 2 - help with operational processes in the holding. This part of work included:

- about 50 colleagues, 4 companies
- operational management - a task manager Click Up was implemented
- documentation - the documentation in all the company projects was launched
- set up the goal tree for all projects and departments
- budget management
- the KPI system was created
- delegation, feedback - managers and CEO were trained to transfer tasks and give feedback correctly
