I'm leading an IT team in a big Ukrainian production company with 5 production branches in UA + 1 foreign branches.

ITeam consists of: WEB-developers (2 lines) , system administrators (2 lines) , 1С-developers (project division and support division, 2 lines),

Prouds: I audited all the IT actives, restructured IT services portfolio, implemented IT tickets systems, improved quality of IT services, organized an effective communication with customers. Also I manage IT personnel policy (team-building, KPIs, outsource etc.)

* 1C projects done or in progress: WMS, Budgeting, Salary, & Personnel (1C УТ, 1C ЗУП, 1C УТП)

* Incident reporting system and Bitrix-portal were implemented.

* WEB: 10+ sites were made from scratch for our affiliates and trademarks.

* Admins: we implemented L2-network layer in Kiev, VPN-tunnels to branches were built (Cisco ASA). Perimeter protection system WAF F5 were implemented. Zabbix monitoring. Incident reporting system OsTicket, Bitrix24.

Also I am responsible for IT-personnel hiring, ITeam-building, KPIs and so on.

Platforms and tools: AD, MS Windows Servers 2008-2012, CentOs, Asterisk (IP-Telephony), OsTicket, MS SQL, MySQL, Firebird, 1C8, Bitrix, Zabbix, Cisco IOS, HP equipment, Motorola equipment in WMS
