EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
From 04.2017 - to the present time in Tekton-Stroy LLC:
- I work as a chief engineer (since 06.2020). I organize maintenance of the building of the Kiev regional directorate of PJSC "MEGABANK". I plan maintenance work and keep track of operating costs. Participating in the acceptance of the object into operation after reconstruction. I check the pricing for services and repairs. Interact with contractors, draw up defective acts to determine the previous scope of work, agree on contracts for design and contracting work, check and adjust the design and estimate documentation provided by contractors, carry out technical supervision over the correctness and quality of work performed, accept work performed by contractors and agree on their volumes. I receive the necessary permits for the operation of the property.
- worked as a chief power engineer (04.2017 - 11.2018) and chief part-time power engineer (in the period from 11.2018 - 05.2020). I was organizing maintenance of water supply, sewerage, heating, electricity and related equipment. Supervised the operation and state of energy supply of the object as a whole, devices and meters. I recorded and controlled the electricity, heat and water consumption of the enterprise within the established limits, submitted monthly reports to the relevant organizations.
