Hello, my name is Alvin Gardner — Australian TEFL Teacher and IELTS Coach based in Bulgaria, working primarily with Ukrainian IT professionals.

I have almost 9 years of teaching experience, including 3 years based in Kyiv. I'm trained in a range of methodologies including Emotional Intelligence, Negotiation Skills, and Gamification, which I bring into every lesson to give my students the best possible outcome.

I've taught students from age 4 to 78, from complete beginners to advanced speakers. IELTS preparation is a particular strength — my students have achieved a 93% pass rate at Band 6 or higher.
