•Perform mobility field testing across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and capture device behavior logs using ADB and Qualcomm tools (QXDM, QPST, QPCAT), with additional log analysis via MTK ELT and QCAT.
•Author and maintain English-language testing documentation: issue descriptions, bug reports, and daily reports; prepare and register bug reports in Jira and PDM.
•Coordinate project setup and execution, ensuring consistent testing processes across markets.
•Mentor new team members and act as the primary technical liaison with customer and customer development teams to resolve critical issues.
