-Reception of entering calls, telefaxes, the post correspondence and a direction of the received information to corresponding employees.
- Ensure a continuous presence in the office, co-ordinate communication with customers and within Atlas Copco Ukraine LLC organization in general.

- Order’s processing, leading full cycle (P2P), ensure the correct back up available, and all goods / services are delivered on timely basis.
- Suppliers management in compliance with the Business code of practice and Purchasing policy of Atlas Copco Ukraine LLC.
- Preparation and approval within the Company of Purchasing policy.
- Set up of purchasing procedures and processes, advising employees on purchasing of goods and services.
- On-going supplier market monitoring, ensuring current suppliers provide goods and services on the most cost & quality effective terms.
- Hold tenders and bidding activities, evaluation of the proposals. Conduct negotiations with the suppliers on cost, payment, and delivery terms optimization, ensuring the Company gets the best rates, prices, as well as quality.
- Create necessary for business Databases in hard or electronic versions (e.g., Contract Database). Maintain those databases, keep information updated.
- Keep record of concluded contracts with suppliers,
- Control payment status of the invoices submitted to accounting by Procurement.
- Analysis of the main spend categories of the Company, provide recommendations on costs optimization in those categories, realization
