Work experience: eleven years
Responsibilities: I managed the department for the production of compound feed for pigs. There was a staff of 36 people in subordination. My team ensured the production and shipment of compound feed for 300,000 heads of a commercial herd of pigs. The company introduced the HACCP system. And we work according to the GMP+ standard.
Also, last year I was involved in the development of the project of the mill and groats with Buhler company .
The first 2 years from November 2008 to January 2011 I worked as an engineer-technologist. My responsibilities included quality control of products, setting up equipment to achieve maximum production efficiency. I was also involved in the development of recipes in the software available at the company. I have extensive knowledge of the nutritional and anti-nutritional properties of raw materials for the production of animal feed.
