Project 3
A project management platform built from scratch for a consulting firm
specializing in emergency preparedness and IT risk management. Designed
a multi-tenant architecture with isolated databases and dedicated AWS S3
storage per client. Implemented authentication and authorization using
ASP.NET Core Identity with Bearer tokens and a custom permission layer for
file access control. Also built Excel and email reporting, task management
with deadline notifications, document search via AWS Kendra, and Word
document editing.

An existing real estate management platform covering property records,
