I completed the entire product development cycle, from briefing to MVP launch (five sections: Transactions, Agents, Managers, Refill Request, Statistics). I worked on further product development for 1.5 years. Built hypotheses. Implemented metrics. Optimized processes. Added features to CRM. Design based on design system components.
Redesigned the card with a focus on convenience, resulting in a 40% reduction in errors and a 13% increase in application processing speed.

I also redesigned the main tool, our partners' online service, optimizing the main scenario “Conducting an exchange” by reducing the flow from 8 to 6 steps. (There was also a 5-step option, but with a greater information load in the first step. We decided not to overload it). We improved the UX flow of the exchange by +18% in terms of conversion and -22% in terms of transaction completion time.
We developed a standard for transferring layouts for the partner team: it included user stories, edge cases, and guidelines, which allowed 100% of the teams to implement the design independently. Reduced clarifications by 80% and increased satisfaction to 9.8/10.
The design system accelerated design by 40%. Reduced UI bugs by 35%. Shortened the cycle from analysis to transfer to development from an average of 5 to 3 days.
Created effective onboarding — completion increased from 60% to 88%, with a positive impact on LTV.
Improved retention by 30 days +36% repeat visits in quarterly statistics. NPS: from 6.1 to 8.4.

As COO, I initiated, implemented, tracked, and optimized the organizational model “From Startup to Corporate Structure,” which ensured process systematization, transparent reporting, and readiness for scaling. The result was a 65% reduction in decision-making time, increased management efficiency, and increased operational stability during a period of active growth.
