IT Recruiter and Business Development professional with 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, including full-cycle technical recruitment and eight years in client-facing business development.
I started my career in Talent Acquisition, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for software engineers and other IT specialists, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and talent pipeline management. Alongside recruitment, I developed and delivered IT Recruitment courses, training aspiring recruiters in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
