Social skills and competences Teamwork: I have worked in various teams in different roles, and I know how to step aside and
deliver desired results under diverse circumstances.
Good communication skills gained both through my professional and academic experience.
Good ability to adapt to multicultural environments, gained though taking part in conferences,
seminars, summer schools, studying abroad as well as working in multinational team.

Organizational skills and Leadership: I have experience establishing two different corporate functions and teams. Besides, I
competences served as a head of Law Students' Union for one year and a member of its council for 3 years. I
have been an active member of ELSA and co-founder of the Alpbach initiative group Lviv (NGOs).
Moreover, I served as the main coordinator of Lviv school of Polish and EU law.
Sense of organization and good experience in project and team management: alongside my
professional career I managed two teams as well as I had experience managing cross-functional teams
build on basis of matrix structures. Moreover, during my social activities I took part in organization of
numerous conferences, seminars, and other events, communicated with multiple stakeholders, and built
relations in different realms.
