PROJECT
AI Lead Qualifier & Router: personal portfolio project 2026

• Built an end-to-end automation for a home-services back office: a messy customer message becomes a qualified,
routed lead with a Telegram card for the manager in about 3 seconds.
• LLM extracts 15 structured fields (contacts, city, trade, urgency, missing info) from texts with typos, Spanish or
missing details; output is validated against a JSON schema with Pydantic.

• Designed guardrails so code, not the LLM, makes critical decisions: contact details must appear in the source
message, and contractor matching is rule-based and explainable.
• Telegram bot with one-tap Confirm / Reassign / Call first actions, SQLite event log, optional Google Sheets mirror;
resilient to rate limits, invalid LLM output and service failures.
• Demo on 15 difficult test leads: 15/15 processed, 4/4 emergencies detected, 73% auto-matched, average 3.4 s per
lead. 46 offline tests; runs at $0; LLM provider switchable in one line.
