- Implement animations and microinteractions in Figma and LottieFiles to increase engagement without sacrificing performance

Worked on an iOS document scanning app — a product where the main value lies in eliminating unnecessary friction: no accounts, no cloud storage, no extra steps.

- Designed the full flow of key screens: Camera, Paywall, Access, Settings, and modal windows — from wireframes to developer handoff;
- Applied Hick's Law to simplify the entry point: removed mandatory onboarding and registration so users could access the scanner immediately;
