We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing for machine learning, customer support and marketing support.

Key areas: business process outsourcing, data annotation, machine learning & artificial intelligence learning

Our client is a well-known Belgian company that provides telecommunication services, so now we are looking for Supervisor for telecom Tech support project to develop customer relationships that ensure loyalty and retention. The job is to work closely with customers, keep them satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

  • English (B2)
  • Experience in a call center or telecommunication area of 2 years is required
  • General understanding of telecommunications:IP, NGN / Switching (TDM & NGN, SS7, SIP), SDH, SBC
  • Experience in project management, in a call center and team building will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new software fast
  • Passion for service


  • Managing the NOC Engineer Team
  • Satisfy customers and maintain quality standards online
  • Develop and revise the technical procedures used in the NOC
  • Organize internal training for new «NOC engineers»
  • Collect all project information in a database
  • Help colleagues with challenging tasks
  • Communication with the customer on design issues
  • Run product demonstrations for customers
  • Improve onboarding processes
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
  • Constantly interact with the customers and improve their experience
