Affiliate Manager (Mobile Vertical)

We are expanding our team and looking for experienced BizDev in affiliate marketing with experience in CPL or CPI/CPA.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Drive app installs and lead generation through paid and organic traffic
• Manage and optimize CPI/CPL campaigns for scale, volume, and retention
• Work with offers, tracking platforms, and attribution tools
• Scale campaigns while maintaining KPI targets
• Collaborate with advertisers and publishers
• Monitor traffic and lead quality, ensuring compliance

What We Look For (Requirements):

• Working experience in business development management for 1+ years;

• Proven experience in CPL/CPA campaigns
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and user acquisition strategies
• Understanding of traffic sources (social, display, native, push, etc.)
• Strong campaign optimization and scaling skills

Will be a plus:

• Experience with tracking platforms (Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, etc.)
• Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
