Head of collection

Collection Agent — Remote | Ukraine

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Collection Agent to join our team.

This is a phone-based position. You will be making and receiving customer calls throughout your shift. Because our customers are located in the United States, this position follows Florida / U.S. Eastern Time.

🕘 Working Hours

Monday — Friday

🇺🇸 Florida: 9:30 AM — 6:00 PM Eastern Time 🇺🇦 Ukraine: approximately 4:30 PM — 1:00 AM

Because the U.S. and Ukraine change their clocks on different dates, the Ukraine schedule may temporarily shift by one hour during daylight-saving time transitions.

Please apply only if you are fully comfortable working until approximately 1:00 AM Ukraine time.

You must have a quiet and professional work environment where you can freely make phone calls throughout the entire shift, including during late evening/night hours.

💰 Compensation

$750 USD per month

Requirements

• Minimum C1 English proficiency
• Excellent spoken English and clear communication
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Comfortable making customer phone calls throughout the shift
• No restrictions on making calls during evening/night hours
• Quiet and reliable environment suitable for professional calls
• Organized, dependable, and results-driven
• Collections, call center, sales, or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone regarding outstanding balances
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Follow up consistently on outstanding accounts
• Communicate professionally and confidently with customers
• Maintain accurate account records
• Work toward individual and team collection goals

Location: Ukraine — 100% Remote Position: Collection Agent Schedule: Monday-Friday 🇺🇸 9:30 AM — 6:00 PM Florida time 🇺🇦 Approx. 4:30 PM — 1:00 AM Ukraine time Compensation: $750 USD/month English: C1 or higher
