Our company is international recruiting agency which specializes in the field of IT, was opened in the year 2001 in Hungary as the member of the Qualysoft Group(software company). In year 2003 representative offices in Vienna, Munich and Belgrade were opened and in autumn of 2005 - in Ukraine.

We offer our clients following services: Recruiting and selection, Main features of personnel selection services:

- Vacancy analysis and determining main and additional criterions candidate’s selection. During the whole process of search and selection of specialists on the stated vacancy we specify and co-ordinate requirements of employer to the candidates. This enables not only to find the competent specialist, but also a person which by the spirit and character fill in the employer’s team. - Planning and coordination of promotional campaign (choosing target audience, determining periodicals and carrying out negotiations with them, control over appearance of advertisements, direct mail to leading specialists of given market segment). Keeping confidentiality, we give the employer’s company access to the wide audience of professionals. - Carrying out interview with the candidates.Besides determining professional and personal qualities of candidates we give considerable attention to their motivation.- Organization of professional and/or psychological candidates’ testing. Depending on client’s remarks we are ready to help in organization of the testing using the internal tests of the employer’s company. We are ready to develop and carry out test assignments for candidates which could also be used as the evaluation tool and candidates’ selection.-  Examination and giving references to specialists who passed first selection round.

Guarantees Guaranteed period for every specialist is to 3 months. In individual cases guarantees could be given for 6 months’ period (this relate to top positions). In the case of dismissal of employee with objective reasons during guaranteed period we provide one-time free substitution

Confidentiality While working with us you may be confident that any information (salary level, organizational structure, etc.) which is received in the course of work of personnel selection for your company is considered confidential and won’t be made public

- Database of qualified specialists who passed the interview with our consultants is constantly filled up. Our database consists of almost 30 thousands candidates’ resumes. Great percentage of the database consists of resumes of top and middle level of specialists in the sphere of IT, telecommunications, sales, constructing-engineering personnel, specialists in finance and marketing

- Consulting in HR sphere:This service of our company consists of finance statistic preparation, task description, effectiveness analysis and development of methods for its raising. On clients’ demand we can fulfill full circle of tasks as HR department for the given company, take the role in organization and operation of Assessment Center.
