We are looking for Sales Manager to strengthen our team (full time office work). Check our website for more detailed information.


  • Strong English skills — Advanced or more.
  • Knowledge of software development process (Web and Mobile).
  • Experience in selling IT services in the USA and Western markets is a must.
  • Ability to negotiate with potential customers.
  • Analysis of customer requirements and identification of risks when selling.
  • Ability to work with the technical task.
  • Orientation to result, structure of thinking, optimistic attitude.
  • Work with all stages of sales: pre-sale, sale, up-selling, cross-selling.
  • Knowledge of basic lending tools (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
  • Experience working with CRM.
  • Knowledge of the principles of business communication and business processes.
  • Knowledge of accountancy and experience in retaining customers.


  • At least 1 year of IT sales experience.


  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM.
  • Working with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Handling negotiations and closing the deals.
  • Lead generation.
  • Being responsible for all stages of project development process, including control of project documents and timely payments.
  • Ability to work with objections and conflict management.
  • Follow up clients, email marketing.
