Описание вакансии

Main areas of responsibilities:

·

  • Preparing and amending the Labor Agreements and Contracts for Ukrainian;
  • Issuing orders for vacation, rotation, resignation, time schedule, company’s structure and etc. according to the local legislation;
  • Vacation balance utilization;
  • Preparing internal statistical reports for employees' tardiness, vacation usage etc.;
  • Preparing governmental statistical reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly);
  • Preparing statistical reports for headquarter
  • Developing and improving adaptation process for newcomers;
  • Conducting training induction for newcomers;
  • Providing HR Management Team with all necessary information;
  • Providing HR supervisor with all necessary information;
  • Developing and implementing of internal HR Policies, regulations and procedures within the company;
  • Recruitment process such as posting job profiles on job site, sorting and screening applicants' Cvs, conducting interviews;
  • Documentation support of all HRM cycle according to local legislation;
  • — Training and development of employees
  • — Performance appraisal

Main requirements:

  • carrying out and maintaining the personal files for the number of 150 employees;

· university or equivalent degree

  • excellent knowledge of Labour law of Ukraine

· English — upper intermediate,

· proficiency in Windows, Word, excellent knowledge of Excel required

· should have nice manners, common sense and retain cheerful attitude

· should be proactive, able to make decisions and take initiative

· should be able to learn quickly, handle several tasks simultaneously

· considering priorities

· report directly to HR Director

· work in a team of young, goal-oriented and open-minded professionals
