Your Role:

At the moment, we are looking for an ambitious candidate to join our young and friendly team. You will be responsible for selling delegate places to senior level experts for scientific conferences that our international clients are organizing abroad (Europe, US). This is done using telephone and email. The job also involves lead-sourcing for new and relevant contacts. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as we will provide full training and mentoring.

We are looking for someone with:

• Advanced level of English proficiency (oral & written)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you must be able to contact potential delegates via phone (and email) handle objections and close sales successfully.

• Ambition and drive, with the ability to work under pressure and towards targets/deadlines.

• Enthusiasm and positivity in approach to the role with a desire to progress in the company.

• Confident telephone manner

• Organisational and administrative competence — essential when maintaining and updating your client database and sales pipelines.

• A responsible and consistent approach to work, with the ability to work well as a part of a team and also autonomously to individual targets.

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct telephone calls to targeted customers using provided sales database; selling academic and industry places at out clients` conferences
  • Handle objections, negotiate and close deals
  • Research and obtain new relevant prospects both from direct clients by asking a referral and by own lead sourcing
  • Build and maintain relationships, identify customers needs, to provide solutions
  • Succeeding weekly sales revenue targets
  • Meeting deadlines
  • To be able to work alone and under pressure and within changing priorities and deadlines
  • Fulfil personal and team targets
  • To be able to work late shifts (due to time difference with the United States)

Benefits of this role:

You will receive a basic salary from 18,000−30,000 UAH per month (depending on your experience, with a perspective for increase after successful probation period) + commission on achieved sales/revenue + bonuses.
