Salesforce Administrator (Global Media Commerce Company)

Опис вакансії

Our client is a commercial media company with representative offices around the world that provides access to offers from more than 2000 travel and entertainment enterprises. It also provides reviews of the offered options, a selection with low prices, the ability to confirm the actual cost, a selection of offers based on the user’s geo-position, and other parameters. Its service is used by more than 28 million people in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

The DataArt specialist will be involved in several projects. One of them is for the improvement of the client’s reporting system (metrics, analytics, etc.). Another is related to the construction of a single integrated data system (Data Warehouse). The processes are built according to Agile (SCRUM).


  • Identify process improvements and lead effective process changes
  • Manage processes, workflows, flows and approval processes
  • Provide weekly and monthly forecasts and reports
  • Manage a Salesforce.com database and provide advanced reporting
  • Train the team on processes and systems as needed
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed

Must have:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Platform Administration experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service cloud
  • Knowledge of process builder, flows, approvals and assignment rules
  • Experience of users management and administration
  • Detailed understanding of advanced reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Spoken English

Would be a plus:

  • Salesforce Certified
  • Experience of working with Pardot, Territory Management
