We are a Norwegian company that provides an overall and complex integration of IT services for the business market. We are looking for a Key Account Manager with the Norwegian language to join our team and work with our guys in the Marketing Department!

Responsibilities

  • Engage in contractual, financial and business discussions with Clients.
  • Good understanding of Scandinavian/Norwegian culture and national peculiarities;
  • Liaison with internal Delivery teams to ensure successful delivery and Client satisfaction.
  • Engage in pre-sales discussion in collaboration with internal Delivery teams to build the right solution offer that would meet Clients' goals.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and develop new business opportunities within the client organization;
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals;
  • Develop a trusted partnership with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;
  • Plan, negotiate and track budget execution, negotiate commercial terms when needed;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment;
  • Look for referrals as well as marketing references from clients to generate additional revenue;
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by the customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (revenue, budget tracking, CSAT among others);
  • Prepare reports on account status

Requirements

  • 3−5 years of experience in the IT-sphere as Key Account Management
  • Good experience in PM, Sales, Marketing as a BIG PLUS!
  • Proven experience in growing accounts and promoting customer success;
  • Financial competence and budget management;
  • Business-oriented and market-oriented mindset;
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced or fluent level of English.
  • Norwegian: B2-C1 level
  • Strong service/client-oriented attitude.
  • Work experience in Norwegian/Scandinavian companies
